Do you want consumers to give your product a second look on the shelf?
If your packaging is square and everyone else's is round, you already have a natural advantage.

Yes, slightly. Die-making and setup take additional time and tooling cost. We quote based on your shape and quantity.

Yes. Sample run is part of the process. We make the die, run samples, and test on your line before production. We don't move to full production until the samples work on your line.
Does the shape affect seal strength?

No. The seal layer is the same as standard round seals. The shape is cut into the material - it doesn't change how the seal bonds to the container.
What's the lead time for custom shapes?

Can I combine printing with a custom shape?

Yes. Printing is applied before die-cutting. Custom shape + custom print - both can be done.
