How Our Vented Induction Seal Liners Work

Our two piece induction vent liners combine multiple material layers into a single, intelligent sealing system.
During the capping process, an electromagnetic induction sealer bonds the foil layer to the bottle's rim. The paperboard backing detaches and remains in the cap, acting as a resilient cushion.
The venting membrane, strategically welded over a central 6mm aperture, acts as a one-way valve-releasing internal gases caused by fermentation or temperature changes while creating an impenetrable barrier against external liquids and moisture.
