Composition:
Pressure-sensitive gaskets consist of three parts: Anti-stick printing, pressure-sensitive adhesive and PS foam sealing gaskets.

Working Principle:
Under external force, the pressure-sensitive gasket adheres to the bottle opening, providing a sealing and freshness-preserving function.

The pressure-sensitive gasket is a single-piece design without aluminum foil. To use, simply place it at the bottom of the bottle cap and then screw the cap on. After a certain period, when the cap is removed, the gasket will have tightly adhered to the bottle opening, achieving a sealing effect.

Pressure-sensitive gaskets are suitable for glass bottles, metal bottles, and various plastic bottles. They are mainly used for the packaging of non-liquid and paste-like foods and pharmaceuticals and can be used on both glass and plastic bottles.

The adhesion strength of the pressure-sensitive gasket depends on factors such as ambient temperature and cap pressure.
 

For 350mm roll film, each roll usually covers 50㎡, with 2 rolls (100㎡) per box. Box dimensions are 54*54*74 cm. There are 8 boxes per pallet, secured with packing straps.
