What it is
A pressure sensitive foam liner that seals without heat. Just screw the cap tight, and the adhesive activates. No induction sealer. No heat gun. No equipment needed.
The foam liner is made of PS foam coated with a torque-activated pressure sensitive adhesive. It bonds to the bottle rim through the pressure of the cap. Once sealed, it stays on the container when the cap is removed.
This one comes with red printing. You can also customize the print-your logo, your text, your color.

How to use
Step1
Clean the bottle mouth
– NO WATER, OIL, OR RESIDUE
Step2
Place the liner into the cap
Printed side facing the cap interior, adhesive side toward the bottle opening
Step3
Screw the cap tightly onto the bottle
Step4
Wait some moment and Open it
The seal will bond to the bottle rim
After 24 hours, the seal is fully adhered. No heat. No machine.
