The BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) is one of the world's most rigorous and widely recognized certification schemes for food safety and quality management. It is a mandatory requirement for many leading international retailers, brands, and food manufacturers when selecting packaging suppliers. Achieving this certification confirms that INTY's operations meet the highest standards in the following critical areas:
- Hazard and Risk Assessment (HARA): Systematically identifying and controlling potential chemical migration and physical contamination risks in food-contact materials.
- Product Safety Culture: Embedding a strong sense of quality responsibility from senior management to the shop floor.

Certification Scope
The on-site audit took place on June 5, 2026, and the certificate was issued on June 21, 2026.
The certification covers the facility's core operations: laminating flexible films made from polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and aluminum (AL), followed by curing and precision slitting. These processes serve food-contact packaging applications and fall under Manufacturing Category "05: Flexible Plastics" – one of the more technically demanding segments in packaging materials.
The audit team gave positive assessments of the facility's Hazard and Risk Assessment (HARA) system, its Prerequisite Programs (PRPs), product traceability procedures, and the overall safety culture. The certificate carries no scope exclusions, meaning all production and support operations were reviewed and found compliant.
Facility and Operations
INTY Industrial operates from a facility spanning over 5,000 square meters in Zhongshan, Guangdong. The site houses a food-grade dust-proof workshop, raw material and finished goods storage areas, quality control laboratories, and administrative offices. Environmental controls including temperature, humidity, and positive-pressure ventilation are maintained throughout the production areas to meet the requirements for food-contact material manufacturing.
The facility is equipped with more than 30 production machines – high-speed laminating lines, precision coating units, multi-color printing presses, automatic die-cutting machines, and slitting systems – forming an integrated production chain from lamination through to finished conversion.

The audit also confirmed the maturity of the company's ISO 9001 and HACCP systems.
