What it work
Think 20mm neck on a 75mm bottle. Common in liquid fertilizers, essential oils, cleaning concentrates, and food extracts. The bottle is big. The opening is small.
And the product inside? It still releases gas. Pressure builds up. With a narrow neck, there's less room for pressure to spread out before it pushes on the seal.
So you need a vented liner.
It's a paperboard-backed induction seal with a breathable membrane. Fits bottle openings from 15mm to 30mm. Sized for narrow-neck bottles.
Foil layer seals to the bottle mouth. Vent membrane lets gas escape. Paperboard backing separates and stays in the cap.
