INTY has completed a shipment of pressure sensitive liners from its manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, China, destined for the European market. This is part of INTY's regular export operations serving customers in over 40 countries worldwide.

INTY's pressure sensitive liners are manufactured in a 5,000+ sqm food-grade dust-proof factory equipped with over 20 production lines and staffed by a team of 50+ skilled workers. The facility holds ISO 9001, HACCP, and BRCGS certifications, with all products strictly compliant with FDA and EU food contact standards.

PFAS-Tested Liners for EU Regulatory Compliance
In July 2026, INTY's IPS1.2 pressure sensitive foam liners passed SGS total fluorine screening, returning a result of ND (Not Detected) at a method detection limit of 20 mg/kg. This confirms compliance with PFAS-related regulatory requirements for export markets, providing documented evidence for customers supplying the European market.
Packaging Materials Also Pass PPWR Heavy Metals Testing
INTY has extended its SGS testing program to cover packaging materials used for shipment. In August 2026, a comprehensive range of packaging components - including cartons, plywood pallets, plastic packing tapes, labels, adhesive tapes, plastic films, bags, EPE foam pads, and composite films - were tested in accordance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). All 12 tested samples passed the heavy metals limit requirements for lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium. Total fluorine screening was also performed, with results available upon request.

The testing confirms that INTY's packaging materials meet the PPWR heavy metals compliance criteria, supporting customers' supply chain documentation needs for the European market.
A Regular Shipment with Documented Compliance
This regular shipment to Europe reflects INTY's ongoing export operations and commitment to regulatory compliance - from the products inside the container to the packaging materials that protect them. For buyers, this means documented compliance across both product and packaging, simplifying their own regulatory documentation requirements.
