On November 3, 2026, INTY welcomed a customer from the Middle East to our facility for a visit and packaging consultation.
During the visit, we prepared samples using the customer's bottles to support their packaging evaluation. This allowed the customer to review the sample fit and assess the packaging solution based on their actual containers.
We also arranged a tour of our manufacturing facility, giving the customer an opportunity to learn more about our production environment, processing capabilities, and quality control practices.
In addition, our team provided relevant product information and technical details to help the customer better understand the available packaging options and their applications.

1.2 mm Pressure-Sensitive Foam Liners for Glass Jars
One of the products discussed during the visit was our 1.2 mm PS-based pressure-sensitive foam liner, designed for suitable glass jar and bottle packaging applications.

This liner offers a practical balance of:
Stable Quality
Consistent product quality for dependable packaging applications.
Minimal Adhesive Residue
Designed to leave minimal residue on the container opening after liner removal.
Consistent Thickness
Controlled thickness to support reliable application and fit.
Pressure-sensitive foam liners are suitable for packaging dry solid products and low-flow liquids. They provide a convenient sealing option without requiring an induction sealing machine.
The suitability of a liner should be evaluated according to the container opening, product characteristics, and actual packaging conditions.
Product Testing and Quality Assurance
To support customers' material evaluation and compliance-related requirements, test reports are available for our pressure-sensitive foam liner products, including:

EU Food Contact Materials Compliance Test

PPWR heavy metal testing

PFAS total fluorine screening
These reports provide additional reference information for customers reviewing material safety and packaging requirements. Specific test results and their applicability should be confirmed against the relevant product and report scope.
INTY also maintains management system certifications including ISO 9001, HACCP, and BRCGS, supporting our commitment to quality management, food safety, and consistent supply.

At INTY, we believe that selecting the right packaging liner requires more than reviewing product specifications. Sample evaluation, container compatibility, and clear technical communication are important steps before moving to mass production.
We appreciate the customer's visit and look forward to providing continued support for their packaging requirements.
